Directorate Change

The Board of HCL announces the resignation of Bill Jessup, interim Finance Director, from the Board, with immediate effect. This follows the completion of the audit for the Company's financial results for the year ended 31 December 2011 and the appointment of Sue Bygrave as Finance Director, announced on 2 February 2012.

Peter Sullivan, Chairman, commented:

"Bill took over at a difficult time post the restructuring and has been instrumental in helping the company to return to a normal trading environment. The Board would like to thank Bill for his professional guidance and support during this critical phase of the company's recovery."
