Director Shareholding

The Board of HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), the property management services group, was informed on 13 December 2012 that on that day, James Howgego, Finance Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Howgego's total beneficial interest is 1,140,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.15 per cent. of its issued share capital.
