("HML" or the "Company")

Result of General Meeting

HML announces that at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held earlier today, all proposed resolutions were duly passed including that to approve a capital reduction through the cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the "Capital Reduction"). In order to complete the Capital Reduction, the Company will now commence proceedings to obtain the requisite confirmation from Court. Once complete, the Capital Reduction will create distributable reserves and give HML the ability to make distributions to shareholders.
