           Horizon Technology Group plc ("Horizon" or the "Company")





A block listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the
UK Listing Authority for a total of 515,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value
Euro0.07 each, in the capital of Horizon, to be admitted to the Official List of
the Irish Stock Exchange and to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to
be admitted to trading. Such admission is expected to become effective and
dealings to commence in these shares on 6 April, 2006. These shares will be
allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to
the Horizon 1999 Share Option Scheme.
