TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we
would like to notify the market of the following information regarding the total
number of voting rights and capital in respect of the shares of the Company
which are admitted to trading on The Official List:



Horizon has issued share capital comprising of 81,372,921 Ordinary Shares of
Euro0.07 which carry one vote each.



Horizon does not hold any shares in treasury.



Horizon does not have any other class of share which has voting rights.



Consequently Horizon's total number of voting rights is 81,372,921 and this
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in Horizon, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
