Horizon has received a notification dated 22 January 2008 from AXA Framlington
stating that, following a sale of ordinary shares on 17 January 2008, investment
funds controlled by AXA Framlington now hold, in aggregate, 4,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, which represents 4.86% of the current issued share
capital of the Company.
