                    Cancellation of Shares held in Treasury 
 
The Company announces that it has cancelled 832,000 shares previously held in 
Treasury, with immediate effect. Following this cancellation, the Company's 
called-up share capital falls to 18,850,212 Ordinary shares. 
 
There continue to be 18,850,212 Ordinary shares in issue with full voting 
rights and this figure should be used by shareholders and others with 
notification obligations as the denominator for their calculations by which 
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a 
change to their interest in, the Company under the disclosure and Transparency 
Rules.
