The Company announces that the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share at 
29 February 2012 (including revenue items since 1 January 2011) is 396.5841p. 
 
The unaudited net asset value per ordinary share at 29 February 2012 
(calculated excluding revenue items since 1 January 2011) is 399.9184p. 
 
 
 
The 29 February 2012 valuation includes adjustments to reflect the estimated 
secondary market value of limited partnership holdings which are expected to be 
sold prior to the end of their contractual lives as part of the Company's asset 
realisation programme.
