In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 December 2012 the Company's issued share capital comprises 3,538,185 Ordinary shares of 5p each, with each Ordinary share carrying the right to one vote.

The figure of 3,538,185 Ordinary shares should be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
