Hightex Group, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and facades worldwide, was informed on 11(th) November 2011 that Bronsstadet AB Union Discount Company of London Ltd now holds 11million shares, representing 5.9% of the company's total issued share capital.

The principal beneficiary of Bronsstadet AB Union Discount Company of London Ltd is Peter Gyllenhammar.
