    Following the acquisition of Highway by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited, Andrew Gibson has stepped down from the Highway
board with effect from 24 October 2008.

    Mr Gibson will be staying on in an advisory capacity until the end of the year, when he will be leaving to explore opportunities outside
the LV= Group.
