FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 
Heywood Williams Group PLC ("the Company") announces that it received notice on 
5 June 2009 from Investec Asset Management Ltd ("Investec") advising that 
following a disposal of shares Investec now has an indirect interest in 
12,744,742 of the voting shares of the Company. As a result Investec's 
percentage holding has crossed the 15% threshold and represents 14.725% of the 
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
