Share Price Movement and European Film Market 2014

Intandem Films, the London based international film group, notes the recent movement in the Company's share price and confirms that Berlin's European Film Market, held in February 2014, provided a useful opportunity to showcase films from the slate and that discussions continue with a number of potential film buyers.

The Company hopes to provide an update on new business developments in due course but there can be no guarantee of the timing of any announcement.

The Company is also in discussions with a small number of potential new hires to the team in order to broaden the services provided by the Company but again there can be no guarantee of this proceeding or of the timing of any announcement.

The Company expects to announce its unaudited interim results, for the period ending 31 December 2013, by no later than 31 March 2014.

The Company continues to operate with limited working capital for the foreseeable future. The Company is dependent on making commercial progress in the very near term or will require further new financing.
