Intandem Films plc (AIM: IFM), the London based international film group, announces that Billy Hurman has stepped down from the board for personal reasons though is remaining with the Company as a full time employee.

The Company is in the process of reviewing its board composition with a view to the possibility of strengthening it in due course. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
