Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, 18 September 2024 at the offices of Linklaters LLP, located at One Silk Street, London, EC2Y 8HQ.

The following documents will today be distributed to shareholders:

·    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2024 ("Annual Report"); and

·    Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM").
