Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015, the Notice of the 
Annual General Meeting and accompanying Form of Proxy were posted to 
Shareholders yesterday. 
 
The AGM will be held at 8.45am on 22nd September 2015 at the Company's 
registered office, 7500 Daresbury Park, Daresbury, Warrington WA4 4BS.
