    Director's dealing

    The board of ILT Solutions, the European provider of blended training solutions, was today informed that on 22 July 2008, Mr Ian
McNally, Executive Chairman of ILT Solutions, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.25 pence
per share.

    As a result of this purchase, Mr McNally is interested in a total of 16,472,222 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.33 % of
the Ordinary Shares currently in issue.
