ILX AWARDED LARGEST CONTRACT IN ITS HISTORY

ILX Group plc (AiM: ILX), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software and consulting services, announces that it has secured a new cross-UK Government framework contract to provide a mentoring service to Senior Responsible Owners who have the responsibility for leading major change initiatives across the Public Sector.

This benefit-led programme will help to enhance the ability to deliver Programmes and Projects across a number of Government departments. The contract is anticipated to be one of the most significant Programme and Project Management (PPM) initiatives across the Public Sector of the coming years. The 1 year contract has an option for it to be extended by a further year.

Ken Scott, Chief Executive, ILX Group commented:

"Senior Civil Servants acting as Senior Responsible Owners are held accountable for the successful management of multi-million pound programmes and it is assumed that experience in running a Department is sufficient preparation to manage a change initiative. This programme will ensure that specific training is given in the right areas to ensure efficient implementation.

"We are delighted to have been awarded this contract and particularly pleased that ILX has been chosen to be the de facto supplier to Government for this ongoing initiative. Not only will it be one of only a handful of major PPM development initiatives coming out of the public sector this year but it is by far the single largest contract that ILX has ever secured.
