The Board of Inland ZDP PLC ("ZDPCo") announces the appointment of Desmond Richard Wicks as a director of ZDPCo and that it has accepted the resignation of Stephen Desmond Wicks from the ZDPCo Board. These board changes follow the retirement of Stephen Wicks from his role as CEO of Inland Homes PLC on 30 September 2022 and are effective from that date.

Desmond Richard Wicks, aged 33, is a director of Inland Limited, serving as Group Land Director, and of many other group companies. Desmond Wicks is the son of Stephen Wicks, a joint founder of the Inland Homes group. He joined the Inland Group in 2007, working in the land division, acquiring expertise in winning planning consents and has managed that division since April 2018.

In common with all other directors of ZDPCo, Desmond Richard Wicks is remunerated by other companies in the Inland Homes Group and receives no remuneration from ZDPCo, neither does he have a service contract with ZDPCo. He holds no shares in ZDPCo.

Disclosures

Desmond Wicks (i) is not a director of any other publicly quoted company, nor has he been a director of any other publicly quoted company at any time in the previous five years; (ii) has no convictions in relation to fraudulent offences; (iii) has not been a director or senior manager (who is relevant to establishing that a company has the appropriate expertise and experience for the management of that company) of any company at the time of any bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation of such company; and (iv) has not received any official public incrimination and/or sanction by any statutory or regulatory authorities (including designated professional bodies) or been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of a company.
