Herald Investment Trust plc purchased 1,450,000 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 3.08 per cent. of the issued share capital. Herald Investment
Trust plc now has a total holding of 4,594,444 ordinary shares in the Company
amounting to 9.76 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital. These
share are held under BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited.
