                                 Result of EGM


Following the announcement made by the Company on 20 June 2007 of a proposed
placing of 14,450,103 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("New
Ordinary Shares") (the "Announcement"), the Company is pleased to confirm that
the resolutions proposed at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held
earlier today were duly passed.


As explained in the Announcement, admission of the New Ordinary Shares to
trading on AIM is expected to occur in two tranches:

-          3,549,996 New Ordinary Shares on 17 July 2007; and

-          10,900,107 New Ordinary Shares on 18 July 2007.
