                                  Board change


Innovision announces that Heikki Huomo, Technical Director, has tendered his
resignation and will be leaving the Company with effect from 31 March 2008, or
earlier dependent on the completion of certain agreed handover tasks. Heikki
will be leaving to further his career by taking up a senior position with a
major NFC customer of Innovision.


David Wollen, CEO said

"Heikki has made a significant contribution to the early phase of our NFC
developments and, although a loss to the Company, we see this move as
strengthening the collaboration with a key customer which will assist in the
further deployment of our core NFC Intellectual Property. We look forward to
working with Heikki in the future."
