This announcement replaces the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released
on the RNS system under RNS no. 3994P on Wednesday 5th March 2008. An amendment
has been made in respect of Dr Buckley-Golder's shareholding, which was
incorrectly stated as 25,000 Ordinary Shares. The correct amount is 30,750
Ordinary Shares, which equates to approximately 0.05 per cent. of the total
voting rights in the Company. In all other respects the announcement remains
unchanged. The full amended announcement text appears below.



The Company has received notification that, Dr Ian Buckley-Golder, a director of
the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 26.66 pence per share. The acquisition was made on 3rd
March 2008 and equates to approximately 0.03 per cent. of the total voting
rights in the Company. Following this transaction, Dr Buckley-Golder holds a
total of 30,750 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 0.05 per cent. of
the total voting rights in the Company.
