Innobox Plc (the "Company") was notified on 3 May 2005 that City Equities
Limited ("City Equities") purchased 2,000,000 2p ordinary shares ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company, which represents 9.30 per cent. of the issued share
capital, in the Company's placing that was announced on 20 April 2005. City
Equities has sold all of these Ordinary Shares to certain of its private
customers, acting as principal, and no longer has a notifiable interest.
