Innobox Plc (the "Company") was notified on 24 October 2005 that, following an
acquisition of 50,000 2p ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") on the same day,
Mr. Mark Clare now holds a total of 860,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
which represents 4.00 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
