Holding in Company

Innobox Plc (the "Company") was notified on 25 October 2005 that, following
recent purchases of 2p ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Mr.
Stephen Wicks is now interested in a total of 1,075,000 Ordinary Shares, of
which 625,000 Ordinary Shares are held in Mr. Wicks' own name and 450,000
Ordinary Shares are held in the name of the Wicks Pension Fund. This total
interest of 1,075,000 Ordinary Shares represents 5.00 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
