                    Results of the shareholder Survey 2010 
 
Shareholders were recently invited to complete a short survey indicating their 
views on the future of the Company. 
 
Over 600 surveys were returned to the Company representing more than 25% of the 
register with an overwhelming majority (in terms of both numbers of 
questionnaires and shares held) indicating that shareholders currently expect 
to vote in favour of the Company's continuation for another three years at the 
AGM in October 2011. 
 
The return of these surveys will greatly assist the Board's planning for the 
future of the Company.
