IMPLATS APPOINTS A NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 
 
Implats is pleased to announce the appointment of Terence Goodlace as a 
non-executive director to the board of directors of the Company with immediate 
effect. 
 
Terence brings with him extensive mining experience having worked in the mining 
industry since the early 1980's. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of 
Metorex Limited prior to which he held several senior positions with Gold 
Fields Limited and was a member of their Executive Committee.
