International Real Estate Plc ('IRE' or 'the Company') 
Result of General Meeting & Board Changes 
 
 
International Real Estate Plc, the AIM traded European property investment and 
development company, held a General Meeting of the Company today and the special 
resolution relating to the cancellation of the ordinary shares of 40p each in 
the capital of the Company to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock 
Exchange plc ('AIM'), was unanimously approved by shareholders. 85% of all 
ordinary shares in the Company were voted upon and 98.07% were in favour of the 
resolution and 1.93% were against. Consequently, the admission of the Company's 
shares to AIM is to be cancelled under AIM Rule 41. Cancellation of dealings is 
expected to take place on 1 May 2009. 
 
 
In addition, upon the cancellation of shares from trading on AIM, Sir Eric 
Parker and Michel Berges, both Non-executive Directors of the Company, will step 
down from the Board. The Board wishes both Sir Eric and Michel well for the 
future and would like to thank them for their contribution to Company.
