Managed Liquidity Shares
The Company announces that, on 24 April 2009, it repurchased 39,750 Managed
Liquidity Shares of 1p each at 97p per share to be held as Treasury shares.
The total number of Managed Liquidity Shares held in Treasury following this
repurchase is 1,049,190.
The total number of Managed Liquidity Shares of 1p each remaining in issue
(excluding 1,049,190 Managed Liquidity Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is
19,309,052.
