The Company announces that, on 20 March 2009, it repurchased 149,500 UK Equity 
Shares of 1p each at 64p per share, to be held as Treasury shares. 
 
The total number of UK Equity Shares held in Treasury following this repurchase 
is 3,140,500. 
 
The total number of UK Equity Shares of 1p each remaining in issue (excluding 
3,140,500 UK Equity Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 44,918,539.

The Company announces that, on 20 March 2009, it repurchased 56,000 Hedge Fund 
Shares of 1p each at 91.8p per share, to be held as Treasury shares.
