JPMorgan Global Growth & Income
Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued 250,000
Ordinary Shares for cash at 549.30 pence per share under its
Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 16 February
2024.
Following this issue, the Company's
issued share capital consists of 445,706,016 Ordinary Shares and
1,764,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its block listing dated 16
February 2024. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to
net asset value.
