JPMorgan Global Growth & Income
Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued a further
100,000 Ordinary Shares for cash at 546 pence per share under its
Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 16 February
2024.
Following this issue, the Company's
issued share capital consists of 446,856,016 Ordinary Shares and
614,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its block listing dated 16
February 2024. Furthermore, the Company has a blocklisting for
10,000,000 Ordinary Shares dated 11 March 2024.
The Company does not hold any shares
in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at
a premium to net asset value.
