The company has already diluted Billions of FREE New shares (2.716B shares) to the market since 11/30/2022 alone! Why they did not have enough money to file a quarterly report on time? Where did those FREE New cash (estimated $2.716M if average sold price was about $0.0010) go to?

I just looked at a competitor SND. I thought it interesting that both SND and AESI sell at almost the exact PE going forward at about 14. I wonder though, whether the Dune Express news is already priced into the stock. What do you think ?
