Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that between 3 and 10 August 2007 it  purchased
21,500 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 198.77p per share to
hold in Treasury.

The Company now has in issue 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares of which
48,000 are held in Treasury. The Company will  continue to purchase
its  own shares for Treasury when appropriate, and in
accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
