and local authorities, confirms that it will announce its interim
results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 on 17 September
2024.
The Company also announces that Russ Singleton
(CEO) and Nick Lowe (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating
to the Interim Results via Investor Meet Company on 18 Sept 2024,
12:00 BST.
The presentation is open to all existing and
potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via
your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 17 Sept 2024, 09:00
BST, or at any time during the live presentation.

of Intelligent Transport Systems ("ITS") with customers in Denmark,
Sweden and Iceland.
· Journeo AB (based in Stockholm, Sweden): technical services
provider to public transport customers in Sweden.
In the last 4 years, the Company has
invested over £6million in research and development, enabling it to
design and supply powerful innovative solutions for customers'
complex requirements and the demands of modern public transport.

together with field-proven and reliable engineering, Journeo is
