KIMBERLEY DIAMOND COMPANY NL (the Company) (AIM: KDC)
NOTICE OF CEASING TO BE A SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER
AND
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER

Kimberley Diamond Co NL has received notices in accordance with the provisions
of the Corporations Act 2001 as detailed below.

1. Monterrey Investment Management Limited (ASIC Form 605), as at 23 November
2007, ceased to be a substantial holder of ordinary shares in the issued
capital of the Company.

2. Gem Diamonds Australia Pty Ltd (ASIC Form 604), as at 26 November 2007,
increased its holding in the Company to 353,478,977 shares being 82.38% of the
issued capital of the Company.
