                   Renewal of Zambian Prospecting Licence 267


The Company is pleased to announce that Prospecting Licence 267 has been renewed
(in the name of LM Engineering Ltd) by the Zambian Ministry of Mines and
Minerals for a further two years from 15 September 2007 to 15 September 2009.

In accordance with the Mines and Minerals Act and as contemplated in the
Admission document, the Company has dropped 50% of the original Licence area,
which now measures 279,275Ha.

The transfer of the Licence from the joint venture partner, LM Engineering Ltd,
to Kalumbila Minerals Ltd, the joint venture company, is now being processed as
planned.

The renewed licence area contains the Kalumbila nickel / cobalt / copper project
and the Kawanga uranium project, together with other identified secondary
targets.

Meanwhile, a ground Electro Magnetic survey at Kalumbila has been completed and
the data is currently being interpreted. Both diamond core and RC drilling is
underway at both projects and samples are now being assayed.
