Re:     Kerry Group plc - Board Changes

The Articles of Association of Kerry Group plc stipulate that any Director of
the Company, who being a Director of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited,
resigns or otherwise vacates his seat on the Board of Kerry Co-operative
Creameries Limited, shall cease to be Director of Kerry Group plc.

As Mr. John O'Connor and Mr. Roger O'Rahilly have now vacated their Board
positions in Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited they accordingly cease to
be Directors of Kerry Group plc with effect from today's date.
