LOW CARBON ACCELERATOR LIMITED ("LCA" or "the Company")
Update on Sale and Purchase Agreement
Further to the Company's announcement of 7 March 2013, LCA
announces that the second payment from Sterling Planet, which was
due on 16 April 2013, has been delayed. The Manager is in
discussions with Sterling Planet in order to establish the revised
schedule for payment and a further announcement will be made as
soon as possible.
