                          Outline Planning Permission


                          LINCAT GROUP PLC ("Lincat")


The Board of Lincat is pleased to announce that the outline planning application
for the residential development of its former manufactuing site in Croxley
Green, Hertfordshire, previously referred to the Government Office for the East
of England, has been allowed to proceed. Consequently Three Rivers District
Council has now formally granted outline planning permission for the site.
