Result of Tender Offer

The Board announces that a total of 1,925,925 Ordinary Shares (representing
approximately 26.75 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company) have been validly tendered and accepted under the Tender Offer, the
terms of which were set out in the Circular sent to Shareholders on 27 June 2007
(the "Circular").



The full result of the Tender Offer is as follows:


*   Total number of Ordinary Shares in issue as at the Record Date: 7,200,432;

*   Number of Ordinary Shares validly tendered for the Basic Entitlement only:
    869,648;

*   Number of Ordinary Shares validly tendered for more than the Basic
    Entitlement: 1,474,861;

*   Number of Ordinary Shares validly tendered for less than the Basic
    Entitlement: 215,102; and

*   Total number of Ordinary Shares validly tendered: 2,559,611.


The Tender Offer was for up to 1,925,925 Ordinary Shares in aggregate.
Qualifying Shareholders validly tendering more than their Basic Entitlement
under the Tender Offer (the Basic Entitlement being 26.75 per cent) are to have
excess tenders satisfied pro rata to the extent that other Qualifying
Shareholders tendered less than their Basic Entitlements. Therefore, Ordinary
Shareholders who validly tendered in excess of the Basic Entitlement will have
approximately 27.75 per cent of their excess satisfied.

The Tender Offer was conditional upon, inter alia, approval by Shareholders, at
the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 July 2007, of the Tender Offer and
the receipt of valid Forms of Tender from Qualifying Shareholders in respect of
at least 1,079,940 Ordinary Shares, representing 15 per cent of the Ordinary
Shares in issue as at 26 June 2007. All of the conditions relating to the Tender
Offer have now been satisfied.

A copy of the Circular, which contains full details of the Tender Offer, has
been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and is available for inspection at
