Directors' Share Dealings


The Company wishes to announce that on 21 September 2007, it granted 149,500
options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to certain of its
Directors, directors of its subsidiaries and other senior management.  The LTIP
was adopted on 20 July 2007. No consideration was paid for these options, which
have a nil exercise price and are exercisable between 2 January 2011 and 20
September 2017, subject to certain performance criteria.

The Directors of the Company were granted options under the LTIP and already
hold options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme or ordinary shares in the
Company as follows:

As at 21 September 2007, the Company has granted options over up to 2.8 per cent
of its issued share capital under the LTIP and 2.3 per cent of its issued share
