                           DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS

The Company was informed on 31 March 2003 that Mr PB Bouscarle, a director of
the Company, and his wife acquired in aggregate 4,160 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each in the Company at a price of 270p per ordinary share on 31 March 2003.

Following this transaction, Mr Bouscarle has a beneficial interest in 650,503
Ordinary Shares, which represents 9.17 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
