Edinburgh Fund Managers Group plc has today informed  the
Company  that  it  has an interest in 1,300,000  ordinary
shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 13.65 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.  This holding
is  registered  in  the names of Royal Bank  of  Scotland
Edinburgh  Nominees Limited and Bank of  Scotland  London
Nominees Limited.
