                Director's share dealings

The  Company  has  been informed that Paul  Bouscarle,  a
director  of  the Company, and his wife both  bought  170
ordinary  shares  of  10p each in the Company  ("Ordinary
Shares")  at  a price of 330p per Ordinary  Share  on  14
October 1998.

Following  this  transaction,  Paul  Bouscarle   has   an
interest  in  641,583 Ordinary Shares, representing  6.73
per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital.
