                Director's share dealings
                            

The  Company  has  been  informed  that  P  Bouscarle,  a
director of the Company, today sold 1,200 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 390p per Ordinary Share.

1,754  Ordinary  Shares were then purchased  today  at  a
price of 391.5p by an ISA held by P Bouscarle.

Following these transactions, P Bouscarle's beneficial
interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company has
risen to 642,137 Ordinary Shares.
