                               Additional Listing

Following the exercise of options issued in March 2003, 666,666 ordinary 5p
shares have been issued at a share price of 5p per share, resulting in net
proceeds to the Company of #33,333. Application will be made to admit the new
ordinary shares to trading on AIM and admission is expected on 13 July 2005.
Following the exercise, there are 216,952,820 ordinary shares in issue.
