              Total Voting Rights and Change of Registered Office


As at 31 May 2007, the Company's share capital consists of 296,519,334 ordinary
5p shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary 5p share). The
Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of
voting rights in London Asia Capital plc is 296,519,334.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are
required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, London
Asia Capital plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company also notifies that its registered office has been changed to 197
Providence Square, Jacobs Island, London SE1 2DG.
