On 29 May 2007, Gartmore Investment Limited notified LAC that it has a 
notifiable interest in 12,400,702 ordinary shares of LAC (with an equal amount
of voting rights), amounting to 4.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.

On 5 June 2007, Man Financial Limited notified LAC that it has a notifiable 
interest in 16,730,101 ordinary shares of LAC (with an equal amount of voting 
rights), amounting to 4.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.

On 8 June 2007, Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited notified LAC
that it has a notifiable interest in 16,730,101 ordinary shares of LAC (with an
equal amount of voting rights), amounting to 5.6% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
